At Diane’s Creations, each item is carefully handmade with time, care, and attention to detail. Because of this, we ask that you review our refund policy before placing an order.
Handmade & Custom Items
Due to the handmade and, in some cases, custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Minor variations in color, size, or texture are a natural part of handmade items and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can properly assist you.
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Diane’s Creations is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
